They walk at the bottom of the canyon, in the narrow space between the two rock faces. You have to climb, and every time you put your hand on the wet stone, you feel the desire rising.

The first thing they noticed was the symptoms: the rush of blood, the quickening of the heartbeat, the urge to bite – the sudden surge of energy that feels like hunger, rage, jubilation and pain all at once. Why do we feel the same internal movements when we walk in the forest and when we fuck? The same pulse of life that twists the gut, or explodes the temples. Fucking outside, and fucking the outside. They let their bodies open up to be penetrated and crossed by brambles, minerals and other boys.
This performance is their territory of research into the interplay between inside and outside. On the one hand, by exploring the boundaries of bodies, be they human, mineral, energetic… by looking for ways in which “my” body can be in contact with “others”. On the other hand, by exploring the superimpositions of physical and social spaces where queer sexualities are expressed, and by examining how this trans body takes part in the ecosystems of cruising.
Originally from the West Indies, Aimé·es Rossi (they, them) holds a master’s degree in scenography from La Cambre. In 2022, they co-founded a queer pornography collective called “Clap!”
